چکیده
Steam huff and puff injection is one of the thermal EOR methods in which steam injected a cyclical manner alternating with oil production. The cost time inefficiency problem reservoir simulation persists design scheme. Building predictive proxy models suitable solution to deal this issue. In study, method were developed using two machine learning algorithms, comprising conventional polynomial regression an artificial neural network algorithm. Based on one-well cylindrical synthetic model, 6043 experiment cases 28 input parameter values generated simulated. Outputs from results such as cumulative production, maximum production rate at cycle end extracted each case build model. Reservoir properties that could change after also modeled. evaluated based fitting performance R-square value, mean absolute error (MAE) value root square (RMSE) value. Then, Sobol analysis was conducted determine significance show have better compared models. Neural average over 0.9 lower MAE RMSE than result applying indicates initial water saturation viscosity are most important parameters for predicting performance.

3d Analysis of Huff and Puff and Injection Tests in Geothermal Reservoirs
Heat extraction from deep, hot rocks for energy production is based on water circulation through a man made fracture or natural fractures. As multiple and non-planar fractures in a stress field affect the geothermal reservoir behavior, so the capability to simulate multiple fractures and joints is needed to help reservoir design and operation. A 3D model is developed in this work to simulate an...
متن کاملSuperheated steam injection in North Кенкияк shallow heavy oil reservoir
This paper presents an integrated study on the superheated steam injection in the North Кенкияк Field, Kazakhstan. The methodologies cover investigation of mechanisms of superheated steam in recovery, lab experiment, and numerical simulation. The study indicates that the injection of superheated steam can cause rock wettability conversion which is favorable to recovery. The higher the heat enth...

abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
Prediction of Nitrogen Injection Performance in Conventional Reservoirs Using the Correlation Developed by the Incorporation of Experimental Design Techniques and Reservoir Simulation
Enhanced oil recovery using nitrogen injection is a commonly applied method for pressure maintenance in conventional reservoirs. Numerical simulations can be practiced for the prediction of a reservoir performance in the course of injection process; however, a detailed simulation might take up enormous computer processing time. In such cases, a simple statistical model may be a good approach to...
